You should click 'Support' at the top of this page and ask Virgin Mobile's Customer Care via phone or email. You can dial *86 on your Virgin Mobile phone, too. You can also click LIVE CHAT on the left side of this web page, if available.

There's a couple of things you can do for yourself. You'll need to check your Virgin Mobile account on this webpage.

OUT OF MINUTES
If you ran out of minutes before the end of your month but she paid, then you can start your next month early to get all your minutes again. Click MANAGE MY ACCOUNT at the top of this web page. Select the RESTART MY PLAN button.

CHECK YOUR TOP-UP DATE
All calling, messaging, and data services will stop on your phone at the end of your month. (Individual services will stop when you've used your allotment of minutes, messages, or data.) A few days before that happens Virgin Mobile may send you a Virgin Alert, which is a free text message. You can check your "Top-Up by" date on your phone by selecting MY ACCOUNT on the menu. You can also check your "Pay by" date by clicking on MANAGE MY ACCOUNT at the top of this web page.

Can I keep my phone number from my paylo phone plan if I get this phone and switch to the beyond talk n text plan?

Yes. Buy the Beyond Talk phone. Then do a phone swap from your payLo phone to the Beyond Talk phone. You'll be prompted to change plans.

According to the Terms and Conditions:

• Virgin Mobile and payLo accounts are maintained separately. If you switch between a Virgin Mobile service plan and a payLo service plan, your Virgin Mobile or payLo account (as applicable) may be closed and you may be given a new Virgin Mobile or payLo account (as applicable).

• you may switch current service plans, including between Virgin Mobile and payLo. When you switch service plans, you will not receive a refund of any portion of any previously paid service charges and you will lose all of your remaining unused minutes, messages, and data allotment.

CHANGING PLANS
You can easily change plans but there are some things that you need to know before switching. Here is your answer from the Help FAQs at http://virginmobileusa.custhelp.com

You can change plans as your needs change as long as your account is active. And you will lose any unused minutes when you switch plans. So it's a good idea to use up all your minutes before you make the switch, according to the Help FAQs. Note that you will not be able to return to any expired plan (no longer offered) if you decide to change plans.

HERE'S HOW
Log into your account. [MANAGE MY ACCOUNT at the top of this page.] On the Account Overview tab click on 'Change My Plan'. From there you can see the plans that are available for your phone and change it, if necessary.

Or click 'SUPPORT' at the top of this page and ask Virgin Mobile's Customer Care.

The Kyocera Event has Android™ 4.0, 1 GHz single core Processor, and 4GB ROM/512MB RAM Internal Memory. The OS can be updated if Virgin Mobile pushes it out to your phone.

When you do a phone swap between two Beyond Talk phones, everything in your Virgin Mobile account (phone number, balance, minutes, plan, etc) will be transferred to your new Beyond Talk phone.
