OUT OF MINUTES
If you ran out of minutes before the end of your month but she paid, then you can start your next month early to get all your minutes again. Click MANAGE MY ACCOUNT at the top of this web page. Select the RESTART MY PLAN button.
CHECK YOUR TOP-UP DATE
All calling, messaging, and data services will stop on your phone at the end of your month. (Individual services will stop when you've used your allotment of minutes, messages, or data.) A few days before that happens Virgin Mobile may send you a Virgin Alert, which is a free text message. You can check your "Top-Up by" date on your phone by selecting MY ACCOUNT on the menu. You can also check your "Pay by" date by clicking on MANAGE MY ACCOUNT at the top of this web page.
