Sorry, no. Virgin Mobile USA phones work strictly within the USA.

Virgin Mobile USA phones use the Sprint Nationwide Network which extends ONLY throughout the 48 U.S contiguous states, Hawaii, Washington DC, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands. The Virgin Mobile USA phones do not roam across other phone networks either. For these reasons the Virgin Mobile USA phones work strictly within the USA and when located outside the USA, will not send/receive calls or messages nor provide web access. There are no options available to use Virgin Mobile USA phones outside the USA.

Depends which plan and phone you choose and where you are sending the picture.

• Picture messages are part of the messages on all the Beyond Talk plans, the $40/month payLo plan, and $30/month payLo plan. Picture messages cost 25¢ each with the $20/month plan.

• The LG 101 phone does not have a camera. It is not capable of sending nor receiving pictures messages. Although the new Samsung Entro doesn't have a camera it can send and receive picture messages, depending on your plan. All the other payLo and Beyond Talk phones can send/receive picture messages, depending on your plan.

• You can only send and receive picture messages in the United States. International picture messages are not available.

Call blocking is not available on Virgin Mobile. But the caller's phone number will appear on-screen while the phone is ringing. Their name will appear on-screen if their phone number is in the Contact List on your phone.

• After receiving a call you can click 'Send to Voicemail' when you have a Samsung Montage, Samsung M575, Kyocera Kona, or Kyocera Brio.

• Another VM customer offered this tip, 'I found a way to block numbers. Go to the VM website and download a ringtone that is nothing but silence. There are several of them.

Create a contact for the number you want to block and create a group called 'blocked' or something similar. Assign the contact to the blocked group and use the silent ringtone for the group. When you get a call from another number you want to block it's easy to save the number to a new contact and assign to the blocked group!'

• Android and Apple apps may be available elsewhere for the Beyond Talk Android phones and Apple iPhones.

► Phone reception is not just a function of the phone. It is also dependent on location, obstacles like buildings, and proximity to cellular network towers. Virgin Mobile USA phones and broadband devices use ONLY the Sprint Nationwide Network which extends throughout the US and do not roam across other networks. The Sprint Network is concentrated mostly near large cities.

"Coverage is not available everywhere and varies based on a number of factors. Our coverage maps provide high level estimates of our coverage areas when using your device outdoors under optimal conditions. Coverage isn't available everywhere. Calling Montreal will be an international call.

• The Beyond Talk and payLo plans only cover domestic calls and domestic messages to phones within the USA.

• There are no international plans at Virgin Mobile.

• Receiving an international call takes your regular minutes but there are no additional charges to receive an international call.

• There are additional charges to MAKE international calls using any payLo plan. International calls are charged at the international per-minute rate for the
   country you're calling PLUS your standard airtime rate(minutes). ►For the international per-minute rate that you are calling, scroll down the payLo page to
   'International Rates' then select the country's region in the 'Select A Region' menu.

Assuming you have an Assurance Wireless plan, then, yes, all the payLo phones, including the Kyocera Kona, are compatible with the Assurance Wireless plans.

You can buy Virgin Mobile USA phones on this website, elsewhere online, or at a local store. It doesn't matter where you buy the phone as long as it is one of the payLo phones mentioned. The current Beyond Talk phones will not work with Assurance Wireless plans.

No. 'Unused monthly services, including, but not limited to, plan minutes, messages or data allotments, expire at the end of each month or when a customer switches service plans and do not carry forward.' Use them or lose them.
