► Yes, you can easily change from one payLo plan to another payLo plan but there are some things that you need to know before switching plans. Here is
     your answer from the Help FAQs at http://virginmobileusa.custhelp.com

     You can change plans as your needs change as long as your account is active. And you will lose any unused minutes when you switch plans. So it's a good
     idea to use up all your minutes before you make the switch, according to the Help FAQs. Note that you will not be able to return to any expired plan (no longer
     offered) if you decide to change plans.

No. 'Unused monthly services, including, but not limited to, plan minutes, messages or data allotments, expire at the end of each month or when a customer switches service plans and do not carry forward.' Use them or lose them.

I purchased Motorola Phone from AARP for my job. I am no longer with the Company I like the phone cause of the flip top feature. I owe the phone!

• The payLo plans are only available when setting up a payLo phone from Virgin Mobile USA.

• Phones from other carriers will not work with payLo plans.

Virgin Mobile USA phones are available on this website, at local stores, and elsewhere. It doesn't matter where you buy the phone as long as it is one of the payLo phones from Virgin Mobile USA. Click 'Find A Store' at the top of this page for local nearby stores.

You can pay for your monthly Beyond Talk or payLo plan at certain stores like Radio Shack and Sprint stores. Click 'Find a Store' at the top of this page for nearby stores. But a trip to the store is not required.

You can pay for your monthly service on your phone or on this website by using a credit/debit card, PayPal account, or Virgin Mobile Top-Up card. Select MY ACCOUNT on your phone's menu to start the process. Or click 'Top-Up' at the top of this web page to pay for your monthly service.

• You won't be able to send/receive calls if you run out of minutes before the end of your month UNLESS you have money in your Virgin Mobile account.
   If your Virgin Mobile account is empty then your calling services will simply stop. Your messaging and web access will continue until the end of your month.
  Additional minutes are 10¢ each. Charges for additional minutes come out of your Virgin Mobile account. Use a Virgin Mobile Top-Up card(s), credit/debit
  card, or PayPal account to add money to your Virgin Mobile account before you run out of minutes.

• Click 'Find a Store' at the top of this page for nearby stores that sell Virgin Mobile Top-Up cards to add money to your Virgin Mobile account.

• You can also start your next month early to get all your minutes again. Top-Up your account as usual. Select the RESTART MY PLAN button.

To see or add to the balance in your Virgin Mobile account on your phone select MY ACCOUNT on the menu or click MANAGE MY ACCOUNT at the top of this page.

Sorry, there are no family plans here. It is not possible to add another line to any account nor share minutes. Each phone has its own account.
