Well..

Virgin Mobile stopped selling this phone wayyy back because costumers were having problems with the calling, web browsing, texting, ect. Also, this phone freezes when large data transfers are being done, resulting in lost ringtones, wallpapers, and much much more..

In contrast though, the Marbl is indeed a horrible phone. The speaker volume is poor and unacceptable. Also, this phone IS slow. It has a lag between tasks and thats just a few things that you should be warned about..

IMHO, when it comes down to it, a Slice is the better option because it's one of the thinest phones ever made in pre-paid history, and it's worth the current price (no cam, no mp3, no free range downlading).

What do you mean, "does it have text messaging?"!!
This was the best phone I ever had and the text messaging was amazing. T-9 and alphabet available. It was never slow and never complicated! By far the best phone for the simple at heart when it comes to functionality. :)

Question
I'm a long time customer who has lost his phone. What's the least expensive replacement phone I can get?
I'm a long time customer. Obviously, I've been happy with the plan and service. Unless, I can find my phone, I need to transfer my available minutes, current plan, and telephone number to a new phone. I don't do text messages. I'm pretty much a no frills kind of guy. What do you recommend?

Don't panic. Take another look around and try to find your phone. (It'll always be in the last place you look, right?) If you still can't locate it, let us know right away and we'll suspend service to the phone. That way, once your service is suspended, no one can use up your remaining balance. We can offer you a replacement phone at a really low price. We usually can have it to you in just a few days, and we'll transfer any remaining balance in your account to your replacement phone. So, no worries. Log into your account for details.
