No, you can use credit/debit card, or PayPal account. You can also use use Virgin Mobile Top-Up cards.

To see or add to the balance in your Virgin Mobile account on your phone select MY ACCOUNT on the menu or click TOP-UP at the top of this page.

You can add additional lines; however, each will have its own account and plan. If you mean more than one line going to this phone, try the Line 2 or Google Voice apps.

Sorry, there are no family plans here. It is not possible to add another line to any account nor share minutes. Each phone has its own account. When you buy another phone it will have its own account.

Sorry, no. Only the Beyond Talk plans will be available when setting up the smartphones from Virgin Mobile USA such as the Kyocera Rise.

The payLo plans are only available when setting up a payLo phone from Virgin Mobile USA. None of the current payLo phones are smartphones.

• The payLo plans are only available when setting up a payLo phone from Virgin Mobile USA.

• payLo plans are not available on the smartphones from Virgin Mobile such as the Kyocera Rise.
• Phones from other carriers will not work with payLo plans.

The $35/month Beyond Talk plan gives you 300 minutes every month. You want the $55/month plan with unlimited domestic talk minutes.

I am sorry but only the $55 dollar plan supports unlimited calling but the $35 dollar plan does support unlimited internet and texting.

If you run out of minutes, you need to restart your month. If you just add $20, you are going to pay 10 cents per minute.

Yes, you can easily change to another Beyond Talk plan but there are some things that you need to know before switching plans. Here is your answer from the Help FAQs at http://virginmobileusa.custhelp.com

You can change plans as your needs change as long as your account is active. And you will lose any unused minutes when you switch plans. So it's a good idea to use up all your minutes before you make the switch, according to the Help FAQs. Note that you will not be able to return to any expired plan (no longer offered) if you decide to change plans.

► Log into your account. [MANAGE MY ACCOUNT at the top of this page.] On the Account Overview tab click on 'Change My Plan'. From there you can see the plans that are available for your phone and change it, if necessary.

• You won't be able to send/receive calls if you run out of minutes before the end of your month UNLESS you have money in your Virgin Mobile account.
  Additional minutes are 10¢ each. Charges for additional minutes come out of your Virgin Mobile account. Use a Virgin Mobile Top-Up card(s), credit/debit
