The answer is not long enough. My guess is you were in-and-out of range. I keep my charger handy--the one that comes with it is great--get a 110 inverter for your car and you'll never need another car charger. If you can't get a battery for less than the cost of a phone, just buy a new phone and swap out the battery (unless you want to reprogram your phone). Its easy to swap batteries.

The new battery that comes with your new Marbl has a one year manufacturer's warranty. Call Virgin Mobile if you have any problems within the first year and you'll get a replacement battery.

The specs for this phone indicate the standby charge should last 9 days. Call the company if not.

Not really an answer, but after almost exactly a year with my Marbl, the battery isn't lasting a day. It seemes to happen just like that, but so does my camera battery.
I had an old Party Animal that was used when I got it, and the battery still worked when I upgraded. That thing was about 4 years old or more.
New battery cost twice as much as the phone. I'm thinking new phone, which is a shame since I have all the wallpaper and ringtones set, and those don't transfer.

i would suggest only buying this phone if you are using it to talk. trying to text on it is a PAIN: the words form soooo slooooowly you have to wait for it to catch up to you & some of my keys, about four of them don't work unless you press extremely hard on them. you should invest in different one.

answer 2
if you are not a frequent texter, it is okay, but for my uses it is HORRIBLE. there is an extreme lag, and i have to stop mid sentence to wait for the words to catch up with me. often i have to go back and change the things it's little brain couldn't hold. if you want to text, DO NOT buy this phone

pretty easy i am currently using this phone the programs, and keyboard design aren't all that hard to use when you find the key you want to use just the key untill you see the letter on the screen

*note: you have to be in the text messaging section of the phone to do so

answer 5
sometimes its annoying because if u text really fast you would ahve to wait a while to let it load the letters. And sometimes when u r typing it gets all messed up and u would have to delete some words and start over,

Follow the manual to the key.

Some phones/batteries say to completely kill the battery before recharging, others say to recharge it when there is 1 bar left (still a charge).

NO WAY! When I had this phone, I dropped it on the cement, I stepped on it, I accidently threw it down the stairs, my friend dropped it in cake batter, and it still didn't break.
It's not the best or the prettiest phone, but it sure can take a hit!

answer 3
Actually no it doesn't. I dropped my phone a couple of times and it still worked. For example, one time it fell out of my pocket on to the concrete into a puddle on the street and it still worked. Just don't leave it out in the rain for 3 days that is how mine broke.
