the wild card is way better!
i currently have the wild card and i love it!
the switch back is very big and bulky...but the wild card isnt...so its better. i have dropped my phone several times..and it works just fine. even though it is small...it is stiil a great phone.
i would say that the wild card is better than the switch back. =]

I would say neither of the two are very good. Data ports either non existent or non functional. Which means you are trapped into buying wallpapers and screensavers that look like a kid made them in MS Paint for prices that are absolutely uncalled for based on their quality. Nor do you have the ability to transfer saved images to another device for editing and saving. Which basiclly makes the camera's on these phones practically useless. That is unless you buy the messaging plan to send them to your email account and then transfer them..which is just another cost added onto you by virginmobile. And while I am on the messaging plan. Im sure MANY other virginmobile message plan users who send pix thru the email to their phones have run into the CONSTANT problem of the pics not always coming through to the phone. Which means you have to call virginmobile and complain before they will allow the pics to come through to you..which you already paid upfront for the service to do..by the way..so yeah..dont buy either of them. If you intend to use them for any of the above functions..because you will be greatly disappointed in them.

the switch back is way better because i had one and i also had a wild card the one time idropped my wild card on the hard wood floor it broke and i dropped the switch back in water and i dried like two seconds later and it still worked and i dropped it on the cement sidewalk and it still worked plus the switch back has a bigger screen and the keyboard rocks.

i would definately reccomend the switch back over the wild card.

Hi, I currently own a Switchback and its great!
Its very sturdy. Ive had mine for about 3 months and dropped it many times on blacktop. The Wildcard, on the other hand, has cheap plastic so the screen falls off. My friend bought the Shuttle because her Wildcard broke. Though the wildcard looks well...newer, the Switchback is more dependable.

The Wild Card is a tiny bit smaller, has a better camera and bluetooth but I like the keyboard on the Switch Bakc better. So if those things are important to you, go for the Wild Card.

It means you can only do this on the internet, not in store, another way is over the phone with their 1800-live advisor, it's very easy when your are using an old phone.
