I called Virgin Mobile and the person I talked to said that becuase It doesn't have a camera it cannot recieve actual photos. It can recieve graphics though. I'm not exactly sure what he meant but maybe this info will help you. good luck!

NO you have to throw the phone in the garbage and before you throw it away make sure you break it into peices and then throw it away.

yes, you can, but you have to call customer service and reactivate your account and update your plan, etc. its very easy when talking to a representative.

Yes they do but voice mail charges you minutes. If there is someopne you dont want to talk to and it goes to voice mail you are charges a minute for their message even if you dont listen to it. It also will go right to voice mail if your phone is turned off. You can have 30 minutes left on your phone and have it turned off and when you turn it on all your minutes could be gone bc of people calling voicemail, even if you dont listen to the messages!!!If you call virgin mobile you can ask them to turn off the voice mail feature. You wont have it but you wont lose minutes. I was wondering where all my minutes went to, and looked in my account. Just tell people if you dont answer to text you, hope this helps someone

yes they do but, they charge you airtime. u can set it up and then just listen to vm messages from another phone(house).

yes, all phones come with voicemail. If your phone is turned off it will just go straight into your voicemail.

No, the top up card is for after you have a virgin mobile phone. You use it to buy min, text, data, ringtones, games etc...

It is a great first phone. My 6 year old has one and it was easy for her to learn to use and she has not broken it yet and its been almost a year. If its for a little kid get a snap on cover it helps protect it. But it is one of the sturdyest flip phones I have ever seen.

airtime is different for a lot of different pay as you go phone providers.

for example when you buy minutes for a tracfone you just buy the minutes or "airtime".

but for sumthin like virgin mobile you literally put money on your phone and u can use that to do whatever you want to do. u can call text web browse and everything
