That is a subjective question based on what you prefer from your device. The Intercept is a smartphone running Android 2.1 which has access to the Android App Market along with other Virgin Mobile downloads that will be available soon. The Rumor Touch is not a smartphone and has access to Virgin Mobile downloads, but not the Android App Market.
So objectively the Intercept while sharing a lot of the same core exterior features (3" touchscreen, slide-out QWERTY, Bluetooth, etc) is a more advanced phone than the Rumor Touch. However, it all depends on how you like to use your device.
