try removing your micro sd card from one phone and inserting into your reverb, then uploading the file

That depends on your phones' features. Some phones let you transfer contacts, music, photos, etc. using USB cables, microSD card, Bluetooth, etc. There is no standard method between all brands/models. You may need to use a computer.
There is no way to download or export the contacts from the Kyocera S2300. Using Outlook or Google Contacts you may be able to import your contact list to the Samsung Reverb.
