The U600 USB stick can provide internet access to one computer at a time. The U600 USB stick does not create a Wi-Fi hotspot but is connected to one computer/device at a time via the USB port. You can move the U600 among several computers and use it with your Broadband2Go account as long as you configure each computer for use with the U600.

NEW! The Overdrive Pro and the U600 USB Stick are both now Windows 8 compatible.

The Broadband2Go software is compatible with Windows (7, XP, Vista and 8**) and Mac OS (10.5x, 10.6x, 10.7x and 10.8x**). You'll also need administrative rights on your computer to install the software and drivers.

To attach the device to your computer, you'll need an available USB port.

**NOTE: The software on the U600 device does not support Windows 8 or Mac OS 10.8. A software download from the Virgin Mobile website is required. Do not follow the installation instructions provided with the device. Download the U600 User Guide and follow the installation instructions in the User Guide for Windows 8 or Mac OS 10.8.

The Ovation MC760 supposedly supports Mac OS X, 10.3, 10.4, 10.5, 10.6 with a USB port.

Virgin Mobile doesn't take trades or upgrades. Maybe the store where you bought your Ovation will accept a trade or upgrade.
