It is a fire orange. Depending on the lighting you mostly see it as a dark orange. But a lot of times looks red. But again, the orange tint is always there. But it's really nice!

I purchased the Shuttle a week ago and the video goes to 30 seconds even with a 4GB card. The memory card only lets you store-does not make the video time last longer. You can download entire music videos.Still is very nice considering most phones only do 15 seconds.

ACTUALLY I'M USING A 8 GB micro SD card on my phone and it works perfectly FINE! Wether or not a song works on your phone propably depends on what format the file is, (ex. mp3, wmv, avi, m4a, etc.). If a file doesn't work on the phone try using a computer program to make a converted copy in a different version, (you can find free stuff on google for that). In my experience itune files aren't friendly with this phone, so I have them converted into mp3s which works perfectly fine on this phone.

I am not excactly sure what the Maximum Capacity of the MicroSD Memory Card slot is. But if you don't mind me saying, then I will tell you that I myself would not personally buy the Maximum Capacity/Highest GB MicroSD Memory Card, because the phone may not be able to handle that amount of space and could cause some abnormal Freezing, and Rebooting on your phone. Also if you do decide that you want a Higher Capacity MicroSD Memory Card than I must inform you that if you do experience any of these problems, I would recommend getting a lower Capacity MicroSD Memory Card. And to my experience, I would leave any MicroSD Memory Card out of the phone for at least 1 hour before inserting a new one. I hope this helps.

The Shuttle a nice phone for the price but is let down by some sloppy design features and bugs. Touch sensitive buttons are pointless and always getting 'touched' by accident, and quitting out of internet sessions, answering calls and going back on the browser. You can change their sensitivity but there should be an 'OFF' option there. Also, the camera doesn't work properly with an SD card inserted, so you have to choose between music player and camera, which is a shame. Next problem; the clock cannot be changed. It sets itself by default and you're stuck with it. Useful for travelling different time zones or if you switch it off a lot and hate setting the clock every time, but when you don't have signal, or if you take it out of the country you can't even use it as a clock/alarm. Still, for its cool features and decent camera I give it 7/10

Well, i'll say a 7 out of 10. For some reason you cant use all the features, like email from the my stuff menu. Also it freeze up maybe once a month. If overheated, it will let you know by rebooting, this will help you save your battery and money. Its a youtube teaser, What I mean is you can go to the site, pick a video, wait for it to connect........wait......wait......and wait.......NO DICE! so dont get excited, It fooled me reall good. Other than that its a really good phone, i like it. just get a data and message pack, and its all good.

I've had this phone for a couploe of months now and at least once a day, when I make a call, it freezes. I have to take the battery out in order to kill it.

I also cannot pick up anyone elses bluetooth with is. I picked up one when I first tried it and that was it.

I'd rate this phone an 8 because I like the camera and music player, but it can be a pain.

Umm...I have this phone, bought it from best buy about 2 months ago. It is a good phone, my charger flipper broke like 3 weeks ago, it takes good video's and pictures. You can buy a MicroSD card and put it in there for extra memory(Which I advise to do if you get this) put photo's on the microSD card and music and videos from your computer.

I would Rate this a 9 out of 10 because of the i needs a thicker battery cover( mines all ruffed up) but this is a good phone.

answer 4
No, it is not a touch screen phone, but it does have touch (heat) sensitive "buttons".

The sensitivity settings on it can be set from low to high for those buttons, but that really doesn't affect them that much. When I first got the phone I would accidentally touch the phone to my face and it would mute the conversation or turn the speaker phone on, but I figured out how to change the setting to where it does not do that during a phone conversation. I believe I resolved that issue by turning on the "Key guard" in the phone settings.

Not a touch screen, but four touch sensitive buttons on the front. (I thought this was kind of a cool feature) You can set how sensitive they should be and whether or not you want them to vibrate when you touch them.

I would say the shuttle for a few reasons.
The X Tc takes FOREVER to respond, like when you go to your inbox, or to look at a message.
It also shuts off every so often, and just restarts.
My X Tc also doesn't show that I have music on my SD card. I've tryed everything to get it to work, I even got a new phone and it still wont show that there's music on it.
My X Tc's keypad's keys are already worn out and fading away after having the phone for only a few months.

The good thing I have to say tho is that i dropped mine in the toilet and it was working again after only a day.

The Shuttle is better for calls and internet access, because it uses 3G, so the call quality is very good and the internet is very fast. The X-tc is better for texting and listening to music, but it uses a slower connection so the internet is slower.
