Question
If I buy this phone do I have to pay full price?
If I trade in my VM optimus for this phone do I pay the diffrence, or do I have to pay full price...... also do I haveto add hotspots.. and what exacly are hot spots????? Thnxs!

1. That's going to depend on a couple things. If you just bought the Optimus (14-30 days), and you're allowed to return it, you can pay the difference for the new phone. If however, you are no longer eligible for a return, you'll have to pay full price for the new phone. If you are eligible, the phone needs to be in good condition. The only other way that you can go around that is if you have extended warranty (if you bought it from a non-VM store) and they no longer have the Optimus in stock, they could allow you to choose a new phone and pay the difference.

2. You do NOT need to add Hotspot, that is completely optional.

3. A hotspot turns your phone into a modem and router. It allows devices to connect to your phone like they would to any wireless router and use your phone's internet.

4G & 3G are counted the same. It reverts to 256K or below after 2.5GB. If you use a lot of data, try connecting to WiFi wherever you can. The speed will probably be faster anyway.
