If it doesn't respond after pressing the red power button then you might try removing the battery and powering it up again.

The maximum account balance threshold is $400. You will be allowed to pass the threshold before being restricted from adding a balance.

Sorry, no. Only the payLo plans are only available when setting up a payLo phone from Virgin Mobile USA such as the Samsung Montage.

Question
Msg when shutting off phone.
Every time I go to shut off the phone, a msg pops up saying "Your alarm/clock will not work if you shut off your phone. Do you want ot shut off your phone..." Something like that. I then have to answer yes. Any way to get rid of this annoying thing? Unless I'm crazy, this is new.

Some of the phones display this message when an alarm or calendar event is set. This message should disappear when you delete all alarms and calendar events.
