No, it doesn't transmit a WiFi signal, it merely supplies Internet to the computer it is connected to.

No, the "Emails without attachments" is just an illustration of the amount of emails it would take up to use all the data in the other 2 plans.

Question
Won't there be an unlimited option for 3G only areas on the new BroadBand2Go plans?
This is a question about the new Broadband2Go plans and devices:

If you are in an area without 4G Data network, won't you still have an option for unlimited 3G Data, if you sign up one of the new plans, even if it means that speeds are reduced after hitting the 3G cap?

On the old plans, $50 was unlimited but reduced after hitting the cap.

I just called their customer service and according to what he said, you won't have an unlimited 3G option unless you already are on the $50 plan. Anyone know differently?

Sorry, Virgin Mobile USA's network only extends throughout the US. Virgin Mobile customers have access to the Sprint Nationwide Network, reaching more than 278 million people. Coverage is not available everywhere; domestic coverage includes the 48 U.S contiguous states, HI, DC, PR, and US VI. Our service is only available in geographic areas covered by the digital service network footprint of the Nationwide Sprint Network.

4G is available with either Broadband2Go plan if you use one of the 4G devices (Overdrive or U600) and use the device in an area covered by Sprint 4G WiMAX. Click on COVERAGE on the top line of this web page.
