You'll need a computer system that meets the System Requirements for one of the Broadband2Go devices.

► SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS - Overdrive Pro
Your system needs a Wi-Fi IEEE 802.11b/g/n or USB port just to CONNECT to the Overdrive Pro. To START your Virgin Mobile account and CONFIGURE the
Overdrive Pro you need a Mac or Windows PC that meets the following System Requirements. Once you've created your Virgin Mobile account and
configured your Overdrive Pro you should be able to access the web with any device using Wi-Fi or USB port.

   • Mac Requirements: Mac OS X, 10.4 & Higher G4/G5
   • Windows* Requirements: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
   • Your Mac or Windows PC must be Wi-Fi IEEE 802.11b/g/n enabled to connect to the Overdrive Pro OR have an available USB port.

Requirements for a USB Tethered Connection
Your device supports a direct connection through a USB cable to a Windows or Mac computer. (This is commonly referred to as a “tethered” connection.)
See page 26 in the Overdrive Pro user manual at http://www.virginmobileusa.com/resources/phones/prepaid/manual/OD-Pro-user-guide.pdf

Your Virgin Mobile account is setup using a browser window. The Overdrive Pro is also configured using a browser window. The Overdrive's device
drivers will be downloaded to your Mac or Windows PC from the Overdrive. You must use a Mac or Windows PC to setup your Virgin Mobile account and
   configure the Overdrive.

Once you've created a Wi-Fi hotspot with your Overdrive you should be able to access the web with any Wi-Fi enabled device.

For a connection, you must be in an area covered by either Sprint's 4G LTE or 3G network AND your computer must meet the following System Requirements for the Mingle:

NETGEAR MINGLE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
• Mac Requirements: Mac® OS 10.6-10.8
• Windows Requirements: Windows® XP SP3, Vista®, 7 or 8
• OS Requirements: iOS 4.0, Android 2.1, Blackberry 5.0
• Browser Support (min): IE 8, Firefox 4.0, Safari 5, Chrome 17, Android Browser, Android OS 2.2, Safari Mobile on iOS 4.0
• USB 2.0 port or Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11 b/g/n)

There are 3 Broadband2Go plans: $25 per month, $55 per month, and $5 per day. Data access ends after you 6GB of data or 1 month with the $55 per month plan. You don't need to buy the plan every month. Unused data expires at the end of your month. Use as little or as much of the 6GB of data as you need.

   - The $25/month plan provides 1.5GB  of data at 3G and 4G LTE or 4G WiMAX (depending on your device) speeds during your month*.
   - The $55/month plan provides  6GB    of data at 3G and 4G LTE or 4G WiMAX (depending on your device) speeds during your month*.
   - The $5/day plan provides      250MB of data at 3G and 4G LTE or 4G WiMAX (depending on your device) speeds for 24 hours*.

*These plans are available for current 4G/3G devices like Overdrive Pro, U600 AND Netgear Mingle devices as well as 3G-only Broadband2Go devices(MiFi
2200, Ovation MC760, and PEEL). 4G WiMAX service only available on the 4G WiMAX/3G devices in areas covered by 4G WiMAX. 4G LTE service only
available on the 4G LTE/3G devices in areas covered by 4G LTE. Data access will stop at the end of your plan period(i.e. 1 month or 1 day) or when your
data limit is reached(i.e. 1.5GB, 6GB, or 250MB). You should experience full data speeds while your plan is in effect or until your data limit is reached; data
speeds will no longer be slowed with the Broadband2Go plans.

No. You can only create a mobile hotspot with certain Beyond Talk phones and the $15 per month mobile hotspot option. The Beyond Talk mobile hotspot option does not work with Broadband2Go devices.

► You need the following to create a Mobile Hotspot via Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11):
       1. The Apple iPhone 4s or Apple iPhone 4(3G network only)
       2. One of the Beyond Talk plans ($35, $45, or $55 per month)
       3. The $15/month OR $5/day Hotspot option in your Virgin Mobile account

You can see a list of the current Beyond Talk phones that can create a Mobile Hotspot at:
          http://www.virginmobileusa.com/shop/cell-phones/#/sort_love/view_grid/feature_hotspot/

Log into your account. [MANAGE MY ACCOUNT at the top of this page.] On the Account Overview tab click on 'Change My Plan'. From there you can
see the plans and options that are available for your phone.

The MiFi is only capable of 3G.

You'll need to upgrade to an Overdrive Pro for 4G WiMAX/3G or the Netgear Mingle for 4G LTE/3G. If you buy the Netgear Mingle and if you still have a Broadband2Go plan you may need to change to one of the current Broadband2Go plans that can accomodate 4G LTE. Older Broadband2Go plans could only provide 4G WiMAX and 3G when used with a 4G WiMAX device.
