There are 3 current Broadband2Go plans: $25 per month, $55 per month, and $5 per day.

   - The $25/month plan provides 1.5GB of data at 4G WiMAX and 3G speeds during your month*.
   - The $55/month plan provides 6GB of data at 4G WiMAX and 3G speeds during your month*.
   - The $5/day plan provides 250MB of data at 4G WiMAX and 3G speeds for 24 hours*.

*These plans are available for current 4G/3G devices like Overdrive Pro and U600 devices as well as 3G-only Broadband2Go devices(MiFi 2200, Ovation
MC760, and PEEL). 4G WiMAX service only available on the 4G/3G devices in areas covered by 4G WiMAX. Data access will stop at the end of your
plan period(i.e. 1 month or 1 day) or when your data limit is reached(i.e. 1.5GB, 6GB, or 250MB). You should experience full data speeds while your plan
is in effect or until your data limit is reached; data speeds will no longer be slowed with the Broadband2Go plans.

Virgin Mobile occasionally changes their phones, devices and plans. Unlimited data is no longer part of the current plans. The old plans are no longer available.

Sorry, Broadband2Go plans and the Broadband2Go Overdrive Pro and U600 work strictly within the USA.

The Broadband2Go Overdrive Pro and U600 use the Sprint Nationwide Network which only extends throughout the US, Hawaii, Washington DC, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands. The Broadband2Go Overdrive Pro and U600 do not roam across other networks either. For these reasons the Broadband2Go Overdrive Pro and U600 cannot provide web access when located outside the USA. There is no option to make the Broadband2Go Overdrive Pro and U600 work outside the USA.

Question
Is it possible to get your mobile device replaced for free if damaged?
I noticed that it's starting to show some wear and tear on it and I really don't want to have to pay for a new device and start a new account for a new device if I don't need to.

Yes. The $20/month plan provides 400 minutes of domestic calling every month. That's it. A payLo phone is required.
http://www.virginmobileusa.com/cell-phone-plans/paylo-plans/overview/#overview

Text messages cost 15¢ each. Charges for text messages come out of your Virgin Mobile account. To see or add to the balance in your Virgin Mobile account on your phone select MY ACCOUNT on the menu. You can also click TOP-UP at the top of this web page. Use a Virgin Mobile Top-Up card(s), credit/debit card, or PayPal account to add money to your Virgin Mobile account before you send/receive text messages.
