Virgin Mobile Contact Vault
Effective June 19, 2012, the Virgin Mobile Contact Vault product is no longer available for new customer activations.
• Are existing Virgin Mobile Contact Vault customers able to continue to use the service?
The Virgin Mobile Contact Vault will be available to existing users until August 31, 2012. The product will be decommissioned for all customers at that time.
Customers will no longer be charged the monthly fee for the service after August 31, 2012.
• I received a text message informing me that the Virgin Mobile Contact Vault is being decommissioned. Will I be charged for the text message?
There are no charges associated with the text message informing customers of the Virgin Mobile Contact Vault decommission.
• Is there a way for me to transfer my contacts to a new phone once the Virgin Mobile Contact Vault is decommissioned?
We do not offer a way to export your contacts from Contact Vault. You can log in to Virgin Mobile My Account from your computer, click My Contacts on
the left-hand menu and select Print Contact List. A list of each of your Contacts, Phone Fields and Email Fields will be presented.
• Thanks for using Contact Vault. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.
► Virgin Mobile doesn't have any facilities to transfer contacts. Transferring contacts falls to the features of the sending and receiving phone such as VCF
files, USB cable, microSD card, Bluetooth, or a Google Android account. The Samsung Entro doesn't have any such features to import contacts. Your old
phone must have similar features.

Yes, with some of the Beyond Talk phones that have SD cards or that can use the Contact Vault software. See the owner manuals for your phones.
