Virgin Mobile USA doesn't sell SIM cards because Virgin Mobile USA phones don't use SIM cards.

Yes, you can be charged for INTERNATIONAL call and texts and you can be charged for going over your minutes if you have a cash balance in your account

No. You'll get 300 domestic minutes, unlimited domestic messages, and unlimited web access with the $35/month plan. You won't be able to get other services or products unless you have money in your Virgin Mobile account. For example, you'll need money in your Virgin Mobile account before you can get international calls, international messages, apps, ringtones, etc.

You can not make calls from Canada to anywhere with a VMUSA phone.....the network is only in the US, VM phones do not roam

Yes. The Beyond Talk and payLo plans only cover domestic calls and domestic messages. There are additional charges to make international calls using any Beyond Talk or payLo plan.

International calls are charged at the international per-minute rate for the country you're calling PLUS your standard airtime rate. Scroll down the Beyond Talk or payLo plan page to 'International Rates' then select the country's region in the 'Select A Region' menu for the international per-minute rate.

Top-Ups let you add money to your Virgin Mobile account whenever you want right from your phone or this website. You can Top-Up your account to pay for your monthly service or add money for other services or products not covered by your Beyond Talk plan.

No, you are not required to use Virgin Mobile Top-Up cards. They are another way to pay for your monthly service or to pay for any Virgin Mobile product not included in your plan like international calls/messages, extra minutes, apps, ringtones, etc. Use a Virgin Mobile Top-Up card(s), credit/debit card, or PayPal account to add money to your Virgin Mobile account

You can Virgin Mobile Top-Up cards to pay for monthly service for any Beyond Talk plan. The Beyond Talk plans require a Beyond Talk phone from Virgin Mobile USA. Phones from other carriers or sources will not work with Beyond Talk plans.

VMUSA does not sell the Droid, that is a Verizon phone, if you have a VMUSA Android phone it has to be used on a Beyond Talk Plan....you need to choose a plan then pay for the plan
