Sorry, Virgin Mobile USA uses the Sprint Nationwide Network which only extends throughout the US. Virgin Mobile USA phones will not work in any other country and do not roam across other networks.

No. You can only have one phone for one account with one phone number. If you get another phone it will have its own account and phone number.

Virgin Mobile USA phones don't use SIM cards. And only Virgin Mobile phones may be used on the VMUSA network, which includes the 48 U.S contiguous states, HI, DC, PR, and US VI

Yes, you may have as many plans/accounts as you need. But you cannot have more than one phone in your account. Virgin Mobile keeps everything very simple.
