There is an error on the International Rates tab. According to the Virgin Mobile payLo Terms of Service for all 3 payLo plans: International Text Messages: 20¢ to send and 10¢ to receive. http://www.virginmobileusa.com/legal/terms-of-service-paylo#basic_rate

There are extra charges for gps. Here are some answers from the Help FAQs at http://virginmobileusa.custhelp.com/

==> Know if your Virgin Mobile phone is enabled to work with Navigator

If the Location Icon appears at the top of your screen (it looks like a compass in the shape of a square), your phone is enabled to get your location and work with Navigator. If the Location Icon has a slash through it, your phone is not enabled to get your location, and Navigator will not work on your phone.

Note: Not all phones display the icon on the main screen, so if you don't see the icon, please refer to your phone's user guide.

The first time you launch Navigator, you'll be asked to accept the terms of service. Then, you'll be reminded to turn the location setting to "Location On". By default, the Location setting is enabled. After that, you're all set to start using Navigator.

Navigator costs $2.99 per day (only charged on the days you use it) or $9.99 for a monthly subscription.

Google Maps is free to download but is deducted from your Data Plan.

The Data Plan Basic Rate is $1.50 for 24 hours of access and up to 1MB of data (1MB of data is equal to around 100 web pages, but sizes vary). You'll only be charged only on the days you use it.

payLo phones are intended for use with the payLo plans. Log into your account, Setting & Preference tab, Change Plan. From there you can see if a different plan is available for your phone. Or click the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page and ask Virgin Mobile.

You can change plans as your needs change as long as your account is active. And you will lose any unused minutes when you switch plans. So it's a good idea to use up all your minutes before you make the switch, according to the Help FAQs. Note that you will not be able to return to any expired plan (no longer offered) if you decide to change plans. "

yes, all incoming and outbound calls count on your plan except emergency 911 and customer service calls.

Virgin offers two sets of plans: Beyond Talk and payLo. payLo is Virgin Mobile's value brand, offering monthly and Pay As You Go plans. With three options - Talk & Text, Talk, and Basic Rate. The Beyond Talk plans have unlimited minutes.

Virgin Mobile's Beyond Talk plans are for use with the Android and smartphones.
- $55/month Beyond Talk plan ........ UNLIMITED talk, messaging, and web access.
- $45/month Beyond Talk plan ........ 1200 minutes talk.......PLUS unlimited messaging, and web access
- $35/month Beyond Talk plan ...........300 minutes talk...... PLUS unlimited messaging, and web access
