There is a payLo Service Preserver Program though. It is not a plan. It will only keep your payLo account active for one year. You still need to pay your monthly charge or keep a balance in your account to use your phone.

1. You can block web access* on your phone by clicking on 'Contact Us' at the bottom of this page to contact Virgin Mobile. However, some plans include web access (i.e. Beyond Talk plans and the payLo Talk & Text plan) and you cannot optout of paying for the web access on these plans. So, pick your plan carefully to avoid paying for web access that won't be used.

2. You can also block web access on some phones with Parental Controls.
--- The LG 200 and Samsung M575 payLo phones have built-in Parental Controls. The LG 200 is not available on this site but may be available at local stores.

Beyond Talk plans cost $55, $45, or $35 per month but you cannot optout of paying for web access. You get nicer phones with many features.
