I clicked on a different plan then the one i wanted and now i cant change it back to the one i wanted
I clicked on the 40 plan instead on the 20 by accident how do i fix it bc i already registered the top up card.

If possible, you should stay with your current(accidental) plan for the rest of the month or until you use all the minutes. You'll lose your current minutes if you change plans now.

You can easily change from one payLo plan to another payLo plan but there are some things that you need to know before switching plans. Here is your answer from the Help FAQs at http://virginmobileusa.custhelp.com

You can change plans as your needs change as long as your account is active. And you will lose any unused minutes when you switch plans. So it's a good idea to use up all your minutes before you make the switch, according to the Help FAQs. Note that you will not be able to return to any expired plan (no longer offered) if you decide to change plans.

HERE'S HOW
Log into your account. [MANAGE MY ACCOUNT at the top of this page.] On the Account Overview tab click on 'Change My Plan'. From there you can see the plans that are available for your phone and change it, if necessary.

If you want to change from a payLo plan to a Beyond Talk plan then you will need to get a Beyond Talk phone.

Or click 'SUPPORT' at the top of this page and ask Virgin Mobile's Customer Care.

Can I turn off texting if desired?
I hate sending and receiving texts - so this would be an added expense I do not want

To disable incoming text messages, click MANAGE MY ACCOUNT at the top of this page. Go to the Phone Apps & More tab. Click Edit Message Settings. From there you can enter up to 10 phone or email addresses to block. Or you can select Disable Incoming Text Messages. However, choosing this option will block all incoming text messages sent to your phone... even international texts. This means you will not be able to receive text messages on your phone, except for Virgin Alert service messages.

Note that you cannot opt out of paying for text messaging if it is part of your plan. Only the $20 per month payLo plan doesn't include messages.

SPECIAL PAYLO PLAN ONLY AT WALMART
   Virgin Mobile and Walmart now have an unlimited talk or unlimited text deal for new customers only. You MUST buy a payLo phone from Walmart. Then go
   online to Walmart.com and buy the "Virgin payLo $20 Web" TopUp card. You can choose Unlimited Minutes (includes 50 messages) or Unlimited Messages
   (includes 50 minutes). This special card is only available at Walmart and only works with payLo phones from Walmart. This is a new plan that was
   introduced July 1, 2014. Only available for new customers.

• Additional minutes for the monthly plans are 10¢ each when you run out of minutes before the end of your month. Charges for additional minutes come out of your Virgin Mobile account. In addition to paying for your monthly plan, simply Top-Up your account as usual to add money to your Virgin Mobile account.

Select MY ACCOUNT on the menu on your phone to see or add to the balance in your Virgin Mobile account. You can also click TOP-UP at the top of this web page. Use a credit/debit card to add money to your account. Virgin Mobile Top-Up cards are another way add money to your Virgin Mobile account. Top-Up cards are available at retail stores and elsewhere online.

You can pay for your monthly service on your phone or on this website by using a credit/debit card, PayPal account, or Virgin Mobile Top-Up card. Select MY ACCOUNT on your phone's menu to start the process. Follow the prompts to enter the information from your card. Or click 'Top-Up' at the top of this web page to pay for your monthly service.

Question
"Talk-by-the minute" is the plan I have; I pay about $21 four times a year. Is this plan still offered?
This plan is ideal for people like me who want an emergency phone in the car, but seldom use it to make calls. I feel safe, for only about $7 per month. Is this plan still available? (a friend of mine wants it). I do not see paying $20 per month for a service that I will never use.

Sorry, Virgin Mobile's offer for the Basic Rate plan, also known as Pay As You Go, expired as of Jun. 24, 2013. The Basic Rate plan is no longer available to new customers nor to current customers wishing to switch plans.

Current customers with the Basic Rate plan active in an account will be grandfathered and can keep the plan until the plan is discontinued as long as they don't change plans or let their accounts expire. If a current customer with an active Basic Rate plan changes to a monthly plan($20, $30, or $40 per month) the Basic Rate plan will no longer be available to them.

But don't despair. Virgin Mobile Custom and Walmart are teaming up on new plans and phones:

Sorry, you must use a phone from Virgin Mobile USA for service. Phones and SIM cards from other carriers and unlocked phones, will not work with Virgin Mobile USA plans.

• The payLo plans are only available when setting up a payLo phone from Virgin Mobile USA.

You must pay the full amount of your plan every month for your calling, messaging, and data services to continue. It's the only way that Virgin Mobile knows that you want to continue service. Calling services will stop if you run out of minutes before the end of your month unless you have money in your Virgin Mobile account.

The $45 per month Beyond Talk plan includes 1,200 minutes every month. All of the Beyond Talk plans feature Unlimited Data, and Unlimited Domestic Messaging(Text, IM, Email, Picture messages).

Email is only available on payLo phones using the web browser. Maps and navigation are available on certain payLo phone models.
