Sorry, you must use a phone from Virgin Mobile USA for service. Phones and SIM cards from other carriers and unlocked phones, will not work with Virgin Mobile USA plans.

You must pay the full amount of your plan every month for your calling, messaging, and data services to continue. It's the only way that Virgin Mobile knows that you want to continue service. Calling services will stop if you run out of minutes before the end of your month unless you have money in your Virgin Mobile account.

• Additional minutes for the monthly plans are 10¢ each when you run out of minutes before the end of your month. Charges for additional minutes come out of your Virgin Mobile account.

The $45 per month Beyond Talk plan includes 1,200 minutes every month. All of the Beyond Talk plans feature Unlimited Data, and Unlimited Domestic Messaging(Text, IM, Email, Picture messages).

Email is only available on payLo phones using the web browser. Maps and navigation are available on certain payLo phone models.

You're in luck! There's a new unlimited talk payLo plan from Virgin Mobile at Walmart.com.

SPECIAL PAYLO PLAN ONLY AT WALMART
   Virgin Mobile and Walmart now have an unlimited talk or unlimited text deal for new customers only. You MUST buy a payLo phone from Walmart. Then go
   online to Walmart.com and buy the "Virgin payLo $20 Web" TopUp card. You can choose Unlimited Minutes (includes 50 messages) or Unlimited Messages
   (includes 50 minutes). This special card is only available at Walmart and only works with payLo phones from Walmart. This is a new plan that was
   introduced July 1, 2014. Only available for new customers.

There are 6 plans currently available from Virgin Mobile plus 2 special plans. All plans from Virgin Mobile include Caller ID, Call Waiting, 3-Way Conference Calling(most phones), Call Forwarding(most phones), and Voicemail. Pick the plan and phone that comes closest to your needs.

payLo is Virgin Mobile's value brand. There are 3 payLo plans for the payLo phones. All the payLo monthly plans will only work with the payLo phones. None of the payLo phones are smartphones.

The $20/month plan provides 400 minutes of domestic calling every month. That's all. Text messages are extra.

Text messages cost 15¢ each. Charges for text messages come out of your Virgin Mobile account. You must have money in your Virgin Mobile account BEFORE you can send or receive text messages. To see or add to the balance in your Virgin Mobile account on your phone select MY ACCOUNT on the menu. You can also click MANAGE MY ACCOUNT at the top of this web page. Use a Virgin Mobile Top-Up card(s), credit/debit card, or PayPal account to add money to your Virgin Mobile account before you send/receive text messages.

If services are started on the 15th, the monthly payment date will be the 15th of each month. See the following legal stuff for more details.

Payment Date based on- Start Date: For monthly recurring plans, the payment due date will be the same date the month services are initially started or, the last calendar date of the month (29th, 30th, & 31st), as applicable. For example, if services are started on the 15th, the monthly payment date will be the 15th of each month, unless services were started on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, then your monthly payment date will either be the same date or for months with fewer than 31, 30, or 29 calendar days respectively (Feb. April, June, Sept., and Nov), may result in varied payment dates depending on the length of those months.
