You can set a signature to appear at the end of all outgoing messages. Your signature can be your name, phrase, or number.

Sorry, no. Virgin Mobile USA phones work strictly within the USA.

Virgin Mobile USA phones use the Sprint Nationwide Network which extends ONLY throughout the 48 U.S contiguous states, Hawaii, Washington DC, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands. The Virgin Mobile USA phones do not roam across other phone networks either. For these reasons the Virgin Mobile USA phones work strictly within the USA and when located outside the USA, will not send/receive calls or messages nor provide web access. There are no options available to use Virgin Mobile USA phones outside the USA.

The payLo phones cannot download video or audio files. That pretty much limits you to text, small images, and data for GPS. That amount of data is small and within the 30 or 50 mb of the payLo plans. If you think that you want/need video or audio then you'll need to buy a Beyond Talk phone with a Beyond Talk plan.

Yes. All plans from Virgin Mobile include Caller ID, Call Waiting, 3-Way Conference Calling(most phones), Call Forwarding(most phones),and Voicemail. You can talk with anybody within the USA using the minutes on your plan.

Yes. All the payLo phones are compatible with the now-discontinued Basic Rate plan. You can verify this answer by clicking 'Support' at the top of this page and ask Virgin Mobile's Customer Care via phone or email. You can dial *86 on your Virgin Mobile phone, too. You must pay the full amount of your plan every month for your calling, messaging, and data services to continue. All your services will simply stop at the end of your month unless Virgin Mobile receives the full amount of your plan. A partial payment will not extend your month. Any dollar balance left in your Virgin Mobile account will stay there until you spend it.

The $20/month plan provides 400 minutes of domestic calling every month. To keep your calling, messaging, and data services working you have pay the entire amount of your monthly plan every month. It's the only way that Virgin Mobile knows that you want to continue service.

Sorry, there are no family plans here. It is not possible to add another line to any account nor share minutes. Each phone has its own account.
