It's not possible to say. How many megabytes were downloaded to your PC when you looked at this web page? There are no counters.

30 mb is a lot of characters, over 30,000,000 actually. You probably won't reach the 30 mb limit if you use your phone just to IM. You might get close if you access the web a lot.

payLo is Virgin Mobile's value brand. None of the current payLo phones can handle POP3 email. But some of the Beyond Talk phones can do this.

Yes, you can change payLo phones at any time for free. And the balance in your payLo account won't change.

From the Help FAQs:

If you're a current Virgin Mobile customer and you've bought a new phone, you'll need to do a phone swap to switch your mobile number to the new device. There is no charge to complete this transaction online.

Simply log into My Account with your phone number and 6-digit PIN. Choose Swap Phones from the 'I Want To...' menu on the right of the Account Overview tab. Next, you will need to enter the ESN number from your new phone and follow the steps to complete the phone swap.
