Sorry, Virgin Mobile USA uses the Sprint Nationwide Network which only extends throughout the US. Virgin Mobile USA phones will send/receive calls and messages ONLY within the USA, HI, DC, PR, and US VI. Virgin Mobile USA phones do not roam across other phone networks.

Sorry, no. Virgin Mobile keeps it all very simple by only having one plan per account. Of course, you can have as many accounts as you need, each with one phone.

Yes, all of the payLo and Beyond Talk plans are pre-paid plans. You pay for your phone services every month BEFORE you use them.

If you are asking why you can't use your Samsung Intercept with a payLo plan it is because you have a Beyond Talk phone. Beyond Talk phones are not compatible with the payLo plans.

No. You can only use payLo phones from Virgin Mobile USA with the payLo Pay As You Go plan(Basic Rate).

I'm so broke this month. I normally do the $30 top up. If I buy the 10 top up does that include talk time so i can still receive calls??

Do you have the $30/month payLo plan? If yes, then the full amount is due every period to keep your account active. Your phone won't be able to send/receive calls, messages nor access the web at the end of your period unless the full amount is received. Adding $10 to your account isn't going to keep your phone account active. Your account balance will expire 90 days after your last full payment.

You might consider changing to the Basic Rate plan. You'll get to keep any amount currently in your account for use with calls, texts, etc. And $10 will keep your account active for 45 days.
