• When you run out of minutes before the end of your month, additional minutes for the payLo monthly plans are 10¢ each. Charges for additional minutes come out of your Virgin Mobile account. Use a Virgin Mobile Top-Up card(s), credit/debit card, or PayPal account to add money to your Virgin Mobile account before you run out of minutes.
To see or add to the balance in your Virgin Mobile account on your phone select MY ACCOUNT on the menu or click TOP-UP at the top of this page. Virgin Mobile Top-Up cards are one way to pay for your payLo, Beyond Talk, or Broadband2Go plan every month. Top-Up cards are available at retail stores and elsewhere online.
After you buy your Top-Up cards you enter the Top-Up card info on your phone by selecting MY ACCOUNT or on this site by clicking TOP-UP at the top of this webpage.
