Do i have to keep paying 20$ every month or can i only pay when the minutes run out?
When the minutes run out is that when i pay the 20$ again? or do i have to keep paying every month even if a lot of minutes are left on the phone?

You must pay the full amount of your plan every month for your calling, messaging, and data services to continue. All your services will simply stop at the end of your month unless Virgin Mobile receives the full amount of your plan. A partial payment will not extend your month.

'Unused monthly services, including, but not limited to, plan minutes, messages or data allotments, expire at the end of each month or when a customer switches service plans and do not carry forward.' Use them or lose them.

There are 6 plans available from Virgin Mobile. All plans from Virgin Mobile include Caller ID, Call Waiting, 3-Way Conference Calling(most phones), Call Forwarding(most phones),and Voicemail. Pick the plan and phone that comes closest to your needs. All the current plans from Virgin Mobile are monthly and there are no "minute to minute" plans.

payLo is Virgin Mobile's value brand. There are 3 payLo plans for the payLo phones. All the payLo monthly plans will only work with the payLo phones.

All the payLo phones are compatible with the Assurance Wireless plans. You can buy Virgin Mobile USA phones on this website, elsewhere online, or at a local store. It doesn't matter where you buy the phone as long as it is one of the payLo phones mentioned. The current Beyond Talk phones will not work with Assurance Wireless plans.
