International Text Messages cost 15¢ to send and receive. International picture messages are not available. Beyond Talk and payLo plans only cover domestic calls and domestic messages with any phone in the USA.

You will need $$ in your Virgin Mobile account before sending or receiving any international messages. Click 'Top-Up' at the top of this page to use a credit/debit card, PayPal, or Virgin Mobile Top-Up card to put money into your Virgin Mobile account before sending/receiving an international call or text message. Or select MY ACCOUNT on your phone to Top-Up.

If I purchase the Kycero Rise am I able to use the pay lo plan with it?
I'm looking to become a new virgin mobile customer and currently am a Net Ten use of 5 years. I do not use web services but would like to upgrade to a phone that has this option when my life requires such a need. I want to purchased the Rise phone with the querty keyboard but want to use the pay low plan so i need to know if this is possible to do so with this specific phone? Thanks.

Sorry, no. The Kyocera Rise is one of the Beyond Talk phones. Only the Beyond Talk plans will be available when setting up the phone.

Sorry, only Beyond Talk plans are available with the Apple iPhones from Virgin Mobile USA.

• The Beyond Talk and payLo plans only cover domestic calls and domestic messages to phones within the USA. You can still make international calls with
   any plan at additional cost.

• There are no international plans at Virgin Mobile.

• Receiving an international call takes your regular minutes but there are no additional charges to receive an international call.

• There are additional charges to MAKE international calls using any Beyond Talk plan. International calls are charged at the international per-minute rate
   for the country you're calling PLUS your standard airtime rate(minutes). ►For the international per-minute rate that you are calling, scroll down the Beyond
   Talk page to 'International Rates' then select the country's region in the 'Select A Region' menu.◄

All the payLo phones are compatible with the Assurance Wireless plans. You can buy Virgin Mobile USA phones on this website, elsewhere online, or at a local store. It doesn't matter where you buy the phone as long as it is one of the payLo phones mentioned. The current Beyond Talk phones will not work with Assurance Wireless plans.

Virgin Mobile charges sales tax on Top-Ups, purchases of equipment and accessories, and shipping and handling charges, where required by law. The assessment and calculation of sales taxes are based on the laws applicable for the billing address of the debit/credit card or PayPal account you used to make the payment.

Yes.

• Additional minutes for the monthly plans are 10¢ each when you run out of minutes before the end of your month. Charges for additional minutes come out of your Virgin Mobile account.

• You can also start your next month early to get all your minutes again. Top-Up your account as usual. Select the RESTART MY PLAN button.

Select MY ACCOUNT on the menu on your phone to see or add to the balance in your Virgin Mobile account. You can also click MANAGE MY ACCOUNT at the top of this web page. Use a credit/debit card to add money to your account. Virgin Mobile Top-Up cards are another way to pay for your payLo, Beyond Talk, or Broadband2Go plan every month. Top-Up cards are available at retail stores and elsewhere online.

No problem. You need to stay in the payLo plans ($20, $30, or $40 per month) and have a payLo phone.

Yes, you can easily change from one payLo plan to another payLo plan but there are some things that you need to know before switching plans. Here is your answer from the Help FAQs at http://virginmobileusa.custhelp.com

You can change plans as your needs change as long as your account is active. And you will lose any unused minutes when you switch plans. So it's a good idea to use up all your minutes before you make the switch, according to the Help FAQs. Note that you will not be able to return to any expired plan (no longer offered) if you decide to change plans.

Log into your account. [MANAGE MY ACCOUNT at the top of this page.] On the Account Overview tab click on 'Change My Plan'. From there you can see the plans that are available for your phone and change it, if necessary.
