No. The $40 per month payLo plan provides only 50MB of web access during your month.

Sorry, that's not available on Virgin Mobile USA. But you can set Auto Top-Up inside your Virgin Mobile account to automatically pay your monthly plan from your credit/debit card or PayPal account.

You'll need to save your credit or debit card info inside your Virgin Mobile Account and set your Auto Top-Up Settings.

1. Click MANAGE MY ACCOUNT at the top of this web page.
2. Click on the Setting & Preference tab.
3. Click // EDIT CREDIT CARD SETTINGS

Picture messages don't count as data. Picture messages count as Messages.

Yes.
• When you run out of minutes before the end of your month, additional minutes for the monthly plans are 10¢ each. Charges for additional minutes come out of your Virgin Mobile account.

• You can also start your next month early to get all your minutes again. Top-Up your account as usual. Select the RESTART MY PLAN button.

To see or add to the balance in your Virgin Mobile account on your phone select MY ACCOUNT on the menu or click TOP-UP at the top of this page. Virgin Mobile Top-Up cards are one way to pay for your payLo, Beyond Talk, or Broadband2Go plan every month. Top-Up cards are available at retail stores and elsewhere online.

Sorry, all the current payLo and Beyond Talk plans are month-to-month. A yearly payment is not available for any of the plans that are currently available.

If you are worried about missing your payment date you can pay up to one month in advance.

EXPIRED PLANS
The payLo Service Preserver Program is still available for the now-expired payLo Basic Rate plan, also known as Pay As You Go. The Service Preserver Program lets you keep your Virgin Mobile account active for one year without a payment. The Service Preserver Program does not provide any minutes, messages or web access. The Service Preserver Program can only be used with the Basic Rate plan and cannot be used with any other payLo or Beyond Talk plan. You still need to keep a balance in your account to use your phone according to your Basic Rate plan. The money you add to your account to qualify for Service Preserver Program is yours to pay for calling, texting, messages, web access, ringtones, etc.

Current customers with the Basic Rate plan active in an account will be grandfathered and can keep the plan until the plan is discontinued as long as they don't change plans or let their accounts expire. If a current customer with an active Basic Rate plan changes to a monthly plan($20, $30, or $40 per month) the Basic Rate plan will no longer be available to them.

You should be able to use any payLo phone with the now-discontinued payLo minute-to-minute plan.

However, since all questions and answers on this board are from fellow Virgin Mobile customers, you should click 'Support' at the top of this page and ask Virgin Mobile's Customer Care via phone or email. You must have your phone in hand before you can select a payLo plan. After your phone arrives or you buy it at a store, go to the top line on this page and click on the A-word to start your new payLo plan. Follow the prompts to start your service on your phone.
