$20 PAYLO PLAN
The $20/month plan provides 400 minutes of domestic calling every month. Text messages cost extra at 15¢ each. Charges for text messages come out of your Virgin Mobile account. To see or add to the balance in your Virgin Mobile account on your phone select MY ACCOUNT on the menu. You can also click TOP-UP at the top of this web page. Use a Virgin Mobile Top-Up card(s), credit/debit card, or PayPal account to add money to your Virgin Mobile account before you send/receive text messages.
VIRGIN MOBILE ACCOUNT
Select MY ACCOUNT on the menu on your phone to see or add to the balance in your Virgin Mobile account. You can also click MANAGE MY ACCOUNT at the top of this web page. Use a credit/debit card to add money to your account. Virgin Mobile Top-Up cards are another way to pay for your payLo, Beyond Talk, or Broadband2Go plan every month. Top-Up cards are available at retail stores and elsewhere online.
PAY AS YOU GO - GONE
There are no "pay as you go" plans any more. All Virgin Mobile plans are monthly, pre-paid. You pay for your Beyond Talk or payLo plan at the beginning of your month. You then get all the minutes, messaging, and web/data access on that plan during your month. Any leftover services expire at the end of the month.
Unused minutes expire at the end of your month for all payLo and Beyond Talk plans. 'Unused monthly services, including, but not limited to, plan minutes, messages or data allotments, expire at the end of each month or when a customer switches service plans and do not carry forward.' Use them or lose them.
