You can do a phone swap at any time without losing a single minute. You only lose minutes if you change plans. When you do a phone swap everything inside your Virgin Mobile account will be transferred to your new phone such as phone number, plan, minutes, and any balance in your account.

The Messages in your $30/month payLo plan includes Text, email, IM, and picture messages. Each incoming or outbound picture message is counted as a Message. No difference counting between text & picture messages.

It's a measure of data. Data for audio, video, text, pictures, etc is made of bits; zeroes and ones. Your computer or phone puts those bits together to form a byte that is translated to make a character that you can understand. A megabyte(mb) is about 1,000,000 bytes or characters of data.

As you know, you must pay the full amount of your plan every month for your calling, messaging, and data services to continue. All calling, messaging, and data services will stop on your phone at the end of your month unless Virgin Mobile receives your full payment for your Beyond Talk plan.

Select MY ACCOUNT on your phone's menu to pay your monthly plan. You can also click TOP-UP at the top of this page to start the process. You can then use Virgin Mobile Top-Up card(s), credit/debit card, or PayPal account to make the payment.

Sorry, unlocked phones and phones from other carriers will not work with Beyond Talk plans. The Beyond Talk plans are only available when setting up a Beyond Talk phone from Virgin Mobile USA.

All the payLo phones are compatible with the Assurance Wireless plans. You can buy Virgin Mobile USA phones on this website, elsewhere online, or at a local store. It doesn't matter where you buy the phone as long as it is one of the payLo phones mentioned. The current Beyond Talk phones will not work with Assurance Wireless plans.

Sorry, the Beyond Talk plans are only available on Apple iPhones from Virgin Mobile USA. iPhones from other carriers won't work with Virgin Mobile service.
