No. You can set Auto Top-Up inside your Virgin Mobile account to automatically pay your monthly plan from your credit/debit card or PayPal account.

You'll need to save your credit or debit card info inside your Virgin Mobile Account and set your Auto Top-Up Settings.

Depends which plan you choose. You must have a payLo or Beyond Talk plan to use a Virgin Mobile phone.

All the Beyond Talk plans ($35, $45, and $55 per month) and the $40 per month payLo plans provide unlimited incoming/outgoing domestic(means USA only) messages during your month of service. Messages include Text, IM, Email, and Picture messages.

The $40/month payLo plan provides unlimited incoming/outgoing domestic(means USA only) messages. Messages include Text, IM, Email, and Picture messages.

The $30/month payLo plan provides 1,500 incoming/outgoing domestic(means USA only) messages. Messages include Text, IM, Email, and Picture messages. Additional Text, IM, and Email messages cost 15¢ each after using all 1,500 messages.

Incoming/outgoing domestic(means USA only) Text, IM, Email messages cost 15¢ each with the payLo $20/month plan. Picture messages are 25¢ each on these two plans.

On all payLo and Beyond Talk plans, international Text Messages cost 15¢ to send and receive. International picture messages are not available.

Yes. You may end up buying a new phone and losing any money in your account. According to the Terms and Conditions:

• Virgin Mobile and payLo accounts are maintained separately. If you switch between a Virgin Mobile service plan and a payLo service plan, your Virgin Mobile or payLo account (as applicable) may be closed and you may be given a new Virgin Mobile or payLo account (as applicable).

• you may switch current service plans, including between Virgin Mobile and payLo. When you switch service plans, you will not receive a refund of any portion of any previously paid service charges and you will lose all of your remaining unused minutes, messages, and data allotment.

• Some service plans are available only on certain phones.

• The payLo plans are only available when setting up a payLo phone from Virgin Mobile USA. None of the payLo phones have Android.

Your payLo plan allows you to call any phone within the USA. Doesn't matter mobile, landline, other carriers, etc.

You can even send text messages to wired landline phones.

Understand how Text to Landline works
The recipient's phone will ring and when it is answered your text message will be automatically read to them. If the recipient does not answer the phone your text message will be stored as voicemail. (Recipient must have a voicemail service on their landline.) Recipients can also reply to the text message and leave a message for you.
